Just watched a very good programme on S4C where Adam Price talks about his and others' experiences in the 83/84 miners' strike.
Although Price is understandably one-sided in his views, his father was a miner at the time and he picketed with him at the age of 15, the programme itself was balanced I thought.
Some good discussions with Nigel Lawson, Norman Tebbit and a local NACOD representative at the time who balanced it out.
Lots if things I didn't realise and I remember it very well.
Worth a look if you can get it on catch-up. Mostly in Welsh but I had subtitles on which were fine.
