Online ticket purchase issues 19:07 - Jan 1 with 1777 views

Anyone else having issues in the past month, buying tickets online using HSBC bank cards (or any other bank cards)? If I call the ticket office, the same cards work fine.

(Cards working with other web sites)

Called ticket office. They said that Ticketmaster are having issues with accepting payments and have been since before Christmas

Tried to renew online yesterday with different cards.
In the end phoned Ticket Office and they said some others had the same problem.
Did it no problem via the phone

Let’s hope they get it sorted soon for everyone’s sake. Going back in time to calling the ticket office for each purchase would be a pain in the ar5e.
