I was told if they are stacked you can't take them but if left as they fell then its considered poor form not to help yourself . |
That's right. If they stack them it means they will be taking them away.
But if cut down and left all over the place next to the road, it's help yourself.
I know of loads that have just been chucked down verges, they are there for the taking. | |
