That's not how it works. If covid causes or contributes to death then it's recorded as such.If it doesn't then it's not recorded as a covid death regardless if they have it or not.Patients also get scans, x rays and other tests to determine the extend of the disease. Docs then make a diagnosis. They do not falsify or embellish causes of death, that goes against everything they stand for. If you think otherwise then you are totally wrong
Also 28 days is not that long. many covid sufferers take longer to die than 28 days. Many are also re admitted too | | | |

Ie it created an immune response but didn't stop COVID Spike Protein antigen-binding immunoglobulin reactions throughout his body also within 24 hours, less time than you say it takes to develop "symptoms".
