There's no way you're telling me that a certified doctor knowingly giving out false medical advice and information is legal
You can sue your doctor for lying, as it is a breach of duty of care. But I don't think it is illegal.
You were the one that made the claim though, it would be better for you to prove a doctor lying is illegal, rather than pretend that I am telling you it is not.
