You are probably correct on the legal issue , can't be nice when your art is used for things it wasn't intended for , as was the case when American tanks rolled into Iraq blasting out rock the casbah

Not sure he can, he could possibly look at a copyright breach, dependent on loads of factors, but nobody can be sued for words in this instance. Otherwise Keith would have a string of law suits for using the swans badge and name. |  |
