Aldi. Rasteaux .A Rhone valley red which ,for me,has better value reds than the Medoc.
This wine comes from the same region as Chateauxneuf du Pape but is significantly cheaper. The cheaper £12-£15 CdP are crap and rough .You need to spend £20 to get a decent one and M@S have one -if you like.
Aldi. Cave Road White
From Margaret River area of WA and a cracking wine ideal for turkey.This has won awards and will be hard to find but worth the effort.If you see it,empty the shelf and take the lot.
