Some of my dear Hudds chums made it to Swansea including the son of my dearest friend up there fighting terminal cancer. They stayed in Premier Inn and they suggested where t go for Saturday morning and I suggested Verdis then Joes for the young lad with them.
They did so and sent photos. I wish I could attach it .
They enjoyed Swansea as a venue and thought our fans were good too.
All in all.my second team really. A great old club

Glad they enjoyed Richie. My best wishes to your friend and his son also.
Thanks Blaine.Phil and is band of Terrier chums are top people. We met on a plane to Minorca after we beat them in the Autoglas. We been friends ever since.
He was given 5/6 years and hes' in year 5 now .He went to every away game when they were Prem as he wanted to experience all the clubs and their fans. They got wrecked the first time having stayed in Wind St. We had a meal in some restaurant there and they were still wearing their tops and the staff were tremendous as were our Swansea people.
Made me feel very proud.
I ll be going to the return which is a day after my 72 nd birthday. Im expecting a lot of stick and good fun from them.

yeah,Roger and me go back many years. I do call it honest though as I see it.Sometimes ,people dont like it. It's like your Indy views .
Between you and me,I will always have the old girl in my soul whether I like it or not.
My mum's dad was a real born bred Swansea Jack and moaned like you wouldnt believe. I loved him to bits. A real character;a part of the Sandfields scenery that everyone knew.
