Matt Jones who many will recall played fifty times before having his career cut short at twenty three.
I recall Phil Sumbler and I were at the Wales training camp for a few days in the vale back when Wales took on Brazil and Roger Freestone played in goal. He had a cracking game. Matt, originally from Llanelli is a big swans fan. We did a poll back then when interviewing all the players as to which was their preference in Welsh club teams. I think that would have been on the JA.net site but not sure. John Harrison was obvious, but there were many surprises including Mark Pembridge another swans follower.
