Dirty dozen update 2020 16:42 - Oct 30 with 368 views

I predicted that Martin would somehow have to integrate the "dirty dozen" (a term given with love and respect). The Dirty Dozen were in 2020 apparently unloved ambitious prospects not getting a look in from Martin or Cooper. I put on record that Martin would clash with the club ethos if these 12 were continually ignored. It suggested the club could not produce in house players good enough for Martin.

Martin was promoting an in house philosophy while at the same time bring in sub standard loan players with no apparent love for the club. Rhys Williams Burns etc, Promising player like Whittaker and joseph were not getting a kick.

So how has this panned out. Are these player progressing. Was the investment in them a waste of money?

2) Webb Loan Aberystwyth 6/10. Did not feature much in RoI. Playing regularly
3) Rushesha Injured long term
4) Cagango FIRST TEAM REGULAR 8/10
5) Cameron Evans. GONE Sligo Rovers.
6) Brandon Cooper Swansea u21 5/10. Career stalled. Need loan to Newport.
7) Dan Williams On loan TNS Hand full of games. 4/10. Prospects grim
8) Ollie Cooper FIRST TEAM REGULAR. Revelation. 9/10. World cup?
9) Whittaker Loan Plymouth L1. Performing every week and scoring . 8/10
10) Joseph Loan Oxford L1 Performing every week and scoring 8/10.
11) Cullen U21 and fringe Careers Stalled. Successful loan needed. Position change? 5/10
12) Garrick Loan L1. not first XI.Struggling. Needs to reinvent as RWB, Good athlete.6/10

All in all things are developing nicely. Most of the DD12 are actually having good developpement seasons with Benda, Cabango and Ollie Cooper excelling at championship level. All three are cemented in the first team squad and love the club and are under contract. Benda appears to have "got his head down" and grafted.
