Another unlicensed pilot associated with a death after adventure flight went wrong. Presumably the plane goes one way and the paracuters the other. Clearly this principle was not established.

Hard to understand such potentially dangerous acts are so loosely regulated.

Best to guide youngsters to the best regarded operators if they really want to do this sort of thing.
