Anyone watch it, Usyk don't look himself to me, he mentioned that his Daughters and no doubt his Wife were in a bomb shelter in Ukraine, so can understand his mind being elsewhere.
Verhoeven proved to be a really tough awkward opponent putting Usyk on the back foot throughout the 11 rounds until Usyk's class shone with the speed and power of his punches putting Verhoeven on the floor, ref probably should have let the fight go on, but I reckon Usyk would have finished the fight shortly in the 12th, Verhoeven spat his gum shield out which give him a little bit more time his corner man fumbling with the gum shield helped as well.
It seemed obvious to me that Usyk's mind was elsewhere in the interview after the fight, he seemed miles away when being interviewed.

Terrible refereeing or even corrupt refereeing as if Rico had got through the last round and won a pts decision it would have made Boxing a laughing stock, i have seen Rico's powers of recovery in his kick Boxing fights so who knows if he would have got himself together by the start of the next round but at least give the guy a chance, he took no where near the battering that Wardley took against Dubois and a little off topic if any top Boxer dared to step into the UFC any top 10 UFC fighter would obliterate them within a round of that there is no doubt whatsoever. |  | | |

I watched it and thought Rico was winning the fight (as did many of the professional pundits) The judges scorecards going into the 11th Rd were bonkers. Stoppage aside, with the 10-8 round in the 11th Usyk would have won the fight had he stayed on his feet in the 12th. Corrupt as f@$& |  | | |
