To live your life with this over your head, because of the incompetence of people who should have known better, must be horrendous. Fortunately his luck has held and he can live a “normal” life now. So many people were put into this situation and lost their lives. Personally, the NHS have been ,on the whole, very helpful to me and my family so I wouldn’t put the blame on the entire system, but surely something went terribly wrong at the time and needs to be addressed before too much longer.
