Has a nice new sign and new name.

It has a large red dragon with the new name on it, wait for it... The Arcade, perhaps "Top Arcade" would have been more appropriate as that's what everybody has always called it but best of all, it has the name of the operating company in smaller letters at the bottom "Picton Arcade Ltd."
