My personal view is that the document should be treated just like any other will, it’s stays private until probate is granted. If probate is granted, it should at that point become a public document like anybody else’s will.

In any civilised society all the citizens of that society have equal rights. That is how it should be. We should be governed by the same rules and regulations and laws as everyone else.
