I don't think so. Apart from there not being the infrastructure to use it safely, it's not a very good design.
For things like these to work I reckon we need large car free areas, not purely pedestrianised but designed for pedestrians and small electric vehicles. I think E scooters and bikes will be used more but the C5, nah, not without a major redesign and possibly a roof! | |
