I'm probably being extremely dull asking this question but here goes.
I've set up a NHS Login and printed off my Covid pass. My wife now needs a pass. But we both use the same email address. When I log in to the NHS Covid pass site my pass is automatically updated but I can find no facility for requesting one for my wife.

Wouldn’t have thought common email is a problem as long as there are two separate account’s referencing your individual NHS number. | | | |

I presume you mean two separate NHS accounts. If yes, when I log in I'm automatically taken to the NHS login I created for myself. The system doesn't allow me to create another one. | | | |

I would suggest you get your wife to register in her own name as long as she has here NHS number having the same email address should not be a problem. | |

Go to Google, type in ‘gmail’ and hit search, choose sign up, create new email account for your wife, get her to create her new NHS account using that new email address. You can have as many email accounts as you want through the likes of gmail, outlook, etc.
Try it, any problems come back here and ask, but I highly doubt that the NHS will allow you to set up accounts for two people using the same email address. [Post edited 22 Dec 2021 21:39]

I had exactly the same problem when I tried to set up 2 nhs COVID passes for me and my wife.
She is a non technical person, so I set up a new email address for her, as pointed out in a previous post.
You can’t have 2 covid passes on the same email. (As far as my limited knowledge goes) | | | |

We've now managed to sort it using a separate email account.
