What can we glean from this post that I did not know before?.
Coleman / Silvertsein / Cravatt are part of the Swansea city LLP holding Mr Morris is not in this grouping. Mr Morgan is not in this grouping Mr Jenkins has probably sold up
When they bought the club in 2016 the US holding (all SCLLP group) held 69% of the club. The Trust held 21% HJ 5% and MM 5% as I understand it.
In this post it appears the SCFCLLP still has 69.32% with The Trust 10.67% Morris 16.13% leaving 3.88% with MM (and HJ?). Morgan or others may have bought out HJ.
When Silverstein invested it went into the SCFCLLP group then from them into the club. This must have happened because the SCST was diluted. New shares were issued after conversion of the Convertible loan note.
Investment into the club is NOT an investment if it is into SCFCLLP although this was the mechanism until Mr Morris showed up. Mr Morris invested a significant sum and the SCFCLLP via Silverstein Cravatt and Coleman have match-funded to keep the SCFCLLP at the same 69% holding. Levein and Kaplan like the Trust and Mr Morgan have been diluted. Levien and Kaplan's dilution has been in the SCFCLLP.
