I'm afraid the ref chose to see what he wanted to see , everyone as a man ( and lady) saw it for what it was , pity the ref didn't ( or did who knows)

It should have been clear for the linesman as well, as it was his side. I like the fact that all of a sudden we make chances, we could have easily had 4 or 5. Yates attempt with no keeper in goal, looks worse everytime I see it.

It doesn't matter if his arms were by his side, if it didn't hit his arm it's a goal, if it was across the goal or going wide wide then with his arm in a natural position there would be no issue, but his arm stopped a clear goal, pen all day long.
