Burgess was an unused sub in this game. One point of interest though is that Swansea old boy Kenji Gorre was in the Curacao team. Now playing as a winger for Maccabi Haifa, he has had a reasonable career, including spells with Nacional and Boavista in Portugal's Primeira League. To be honest, I was surprised that be is still playing at a good level. I thought he was a bit of a "nearly man" when he was with us.

Premier League sadly he was not.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.
