#AlfiesArmy
at 10:54 27 Apr 2018

As a father of a toddler, I can't bare to think what the parents have had to go through the last 15 months. I can't even bring myself round to looking at pictures of the boy, it makes me that sad. But the undeniable truth, and opinion of medical experts (now a dirty word) is that the poor boys illness has severely damaged his brain during his long period in a vegetative state, and he can never recover from this.

But this #AlfiesArmy thing (and #CharliesArmy before) really need to hang their heads in shame. Exploiting the parents grief and fueling misinformation to the public about the case, questioning the motives of the hospital staff and even threatening the staff. Russian troll bots are all over this on twitter and US politicians are now chipping in pushing an agenda for privatization of medical care.

Brexit Progress
at 10:06 6 Sep 2017

Michael Gove “we hold all the cards and can choose the path we want”
Boris Johnson “continue to be free trade and access to the single market”
David Davis “We will do deals with our trading partners and do them quickly”

Well these quotes couldn't seem further from truth right now. They campaigned for Brexit , yet now these three are in positions of power, appear totally incapable of delivering it and have vastly underestimated and misunderstood their counterparts in the EU. Will these three or even the Tories ever be accountable for how Brexit is being carried out?

BTW - This is not intended as another argument for the rights and wrongs for voting to leave / remain. But to discuss the politicians who appear to have no plan whatsoever for this.

Help catch these bulbs

Its a real shame that we have people out there that will do something like this, especially when events like this bring people and money into the area. Luckily nobody died, but i hope the police catch these pricks

Sky want Fans Reaction + FAO Prince of Ginger
at 12:43 10 Apr 2014

A mate of mine is doing a bit of work down the Liberty this Sunday for Sky where they want to do a little feature and film some fan reactions during the game against Chelsea and maybe provide a few soundbite clips before and after the game. Ideally they'd like to point the cameras at a group of mates who sit together in the ground.

If your interested, PM me or reply to this thread and I'll pass on his contact details.

He also wanted to get in touch with "the drummer dude" - POG. He said they've used him before but have lost his contact details!
