More a question on tickets in general. But. Is the lower school closed entirely? Looks like Leeds only got upper and it isn't available to our fans.

Loftus Road journey
at 11:05 19 Apr 2024

90s - Young but sat in various places in Ellerslie for a few games a season. Mainly R block.
Early 00s - Started going more, mainly in Ellerslie, used a friends spare ST in JU of the Loft 5-7 times a season too. One game at the front of SA Road when I was mascot, Luton FA Cup replay. Chris Kiwomya let me warm-up with the team.
04/05 - Got my first season ticket in R block, haven't moved since.

Plug in hybrids
at 10:27 15 Apr 2024

I've got an Audi A3 Plug in Hybrid. Honestly I rarely charge it, takes too long at home and no option at work. I tend to charge when I got to shopping centres etc. Costs around £4-5 for 38 miles of full EV. Tank costs £45-50 for approx. 440 miles.
It has various driving modes and charging options which use more/less petrol depending on the mode you choose. E.g. "increase battery" charges the electric battery from the petrol engine while driving/braking/cruising but uses significantly more fuel.
I tend to use efficiency mode which uses both engines and still will give a small amount of charge when braking/cruising.
Defo has some power when you get your foot down irrelevant of charge and is very efficient on the when maintaining the same speed on cruise control. Switches in and out of modes automatically in traffic (charge level dependent).
9/10 would buy again.

The 2024 relegation thread-oh: Match 44
at 10:19 15 Apr 2024

I had Birmingham going down but that 3-0 win on Saturday has really changed my mind. Now they have the Rotherham banker.
I still think it's the current bottom 3 (obviously Rotherham gone already).
Can see it being very close, probably the last game on the season but a win for us on Saturday would really help. Had the Preston (H) game as the one for a while, thought they were atrocious when we beat them away.
Knowing Rangers we will lose on Saturday, then beat Leeds 1-0 (we always beat Leeds 1-0 at home....)

Pilgrim and Bare It - Plymouth Vs QPR Match Thread

Plymouth 0-1 QPR. We are a better team away from home. Someone, somewhere, somehow will nick us a goal. Begovic from a long lump forward, assisted by the wind.

I would actually give them both tiers to stop this a little. We've been selling out Saturday's but evenings hasn't been the same.

Hot N Boro'ed QPR vs Middlesbrough Match Thread
at 07:48 8 Mar 2024

I think there will be a few changes for this one.
Colback for Hayden, Willock for Smyth, Dykes/Armstrong for Frey and maybe a defensive change too. How refreshing is it to have options!

2-1 Rangers, both our goals in the 1st half then hanging on when Boro pull one back.

Willock and Sinclair to bag.

Great performance tonight.......

Just re-watched the game. Was on Sky sports football at midday. Still don't know how we didn't win that. I am pretty certain that if the Cook overhead kick gone in, at least some of the stadium would have collapsed and I would still be in the pub.

We do, he's our official club commentator. So would have been commentating for Rangers last Saturday. Did the Leicester game Tuesday as we played last night.

Who is your Non-League side?
at 07:24 29 Feb 2024

Chertsey Town. Been doing well the last few seasons. Lost the playoff final last year but should go up this season.
Saturday usually get crowds of 500+.
2 bars with decent beers on and not expensive.

Now for a win at Brizzle!
at 13:21 15 Feb 2024

We do play better, more attractive football but still lose or draw at best.
See Southampton (H), Ipswich (H & A) and Norwich (H) for a few examples.

I cannot see us staying up anymore. Blown our chances against Huddersfield and Stoke recently by playing pathetically.

Expect to lose on Saturday then draw with Rotherham.

Stoke were awful, we were worse and went long ball to Armstrong from the off.
Because Bristol City will try and play more, leaving gaps for us to play football we will likely put on a better performance but still lose. We cannot play against the teams around us because they defend in numbers and we can't break it down. Teams on the front foot naturally leave space in behind hence the better footballing performance.

Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch Cherries bomb us out the cup - Match Thread
at 14:52 5 Jan 2024

With it being January, 4 season ticket games in the month. Us being crap, £25 a ticket I'm giving it a miss. Probably go to non-league. Meaning we will probably play the U18s and win.
Or more likely lose 4-0, get a straight red card and get a significant injury to a player you actually want on the pitch.

Huddersfield

Well it doesn't help but only we can get ourselves out of this mess. Tuesday was a start.
In December we have 4 of the top 8 and 3 of the bottom 6 to play. We pretty much need to average 1.5 points a game to be entirely safe, probably less to scrape it.
If we can get 10/11 points from those 7, that's a good return.
Caveat being if 9 points come against the lower teams, it will feel like its worth more. Rangers of previous years would lose to Weds, Millwall and Plymouth and beat the others.

They haven't score in 3. We've scored 1 in 3. All the makings of a classic.

3-3 - Dykes hattrick.

But seriously, I have a strange feeling we win 1-0. Top scorer Paal with the goal.
