With every game available to watch this afternoon I thought I’d have some fun watching Leicester play Peterborough. Bloody good choice. Leicester currently getting stuffed 2-0, the locals are revolting, in more ways than one and people are already leaving their seats. Very enjoyable |

Great result and fully deserved but a couple of things about Bowen. As said already it was a foul on Vale and probably more than a foul, went straight through the back of him and didn’t look like he was in control. Secondly, blood coming from his nose for about 10 minutes? Surely the rule is when there is blood you have to come off and get it seen to? Ref just didn’t seem to want to make the decisions that he needed to. |

Have used this site twice in the last year, first stay was at the Park Plaza Riverside and the second was at the Ibis Styles Hotel on Southwark Bridge Road. Saw Phantom the first time and then Oliver. Site is easy to use and the packages for a two night stay came to around £400-£450 including tickets. |

Can’t see why we cannot get a result from this game, it’s the type of thing that Rangers do. Over the years, Ray Jones scoring a winner at St Mary’s for a poor Rangers side, in 2007-08 away at Brom, drew 2-2 only with a late equaliser for them, away at Newcastle under Holloway, the same season we got handed our arsé at LR losing 6-0, we drew 2-2, away at Leicester a couple of years back with Armstrong scoring straight from the bench, winning 3-1, even Ainsworths mighty R’s beat Burnley away 2-1. And I’m sure there are a few more that I’ve missed. This time we have a squad, albeit shorn of a few players, but yet still a decent squad that can compete against anyone in this league as they have shown so far. So why not? How many other clubs in this league would say no to the likes of Charles, Dunne, Edwards, Poku and Madsen in their team? We can beat this lot, so I’m going back to the start of the 87’ season. 3-0 to the R’s. |

It certainly was clear that JS and Jimmy weren’t impressed with Kolli’s efforts on the training ground which seemed to have been a recurring theme. I suppose it doesn’t help when his old man seems to be trying to control the situation from the posts that he has made. It’s about time Kolli became his own man and knuckled down. This lad has a load of ability and he has shown what a great finisher he is. Let’s just hope that he sees sense and JS is good to his word and that the door is always open to him. |

Looking at the figures and the amounts that they have been topped up to be honest given that in the years in question I would have expected Citeh to receive the amount that they claimed to have received during that period. £900 odd million sounds about right when you consider ground d sponsorship, kit sponsorship, advertising, shirt sponsorship, women’s team sponsors etc. certainly surely these weren’t worth just over £100 million during this period. Especially when Stoke seem to get away with their ground being sponsored for over £10million a season by an associated business when they have been nothing more than the wart on the arsè of the championship for the last decade?
PSR as the example given by Clive about shirt sponsorship shows that it is there to protect the bigger clubs against the smaller ones. How can any panel judge that a team like ManUre should have higher sponsorship rights than a smaller club competing in the same competition. In their summary of Citeh’s misdemeanours it states about keeping the integrity of the competition and making it fair for all clubs! Yeah right. I do have some sympathy for Citeh but they went about things the wrong way and should have mounted a legal challenge against the PL over anti-competition rules. |

Nothing will ever convince me otherwise that he made a load of money out of QPR and Loftus Road Holdings, firstly with the sale of shares at a much higher offer price than he bought the club for and secondly with the sale of Wasps old ground in Sudbury. Total wänker. |

But North Battersea have somehow managed to get away with cheating. The £10million fine for the bribe to Eden Hazard’s agent to ensure he signed for them as opposed to ManUre for £29million and then they eventually sell him for around £120million is so laughable it makes you think that the PL itself is bent. To allow them the sale of their women’s team to themselves for £200million when that team owns no infrastructure or other assets and no doubt held a load of debts considering the level of support they receive being akin to an average supported league two club, could you ever imagine a team like Barnet being sold for the same sum? And then the sale of the hotels? Again to a company in their own umbrella of companies! The lack of proper sanctions against them has been an utter fraud in itself. |

Given that Burnley were successful in suing Everton for £35million for financial impropriety then this will mean that the footballing lawyers will have a field day. Imagine that amount of lawsuits that will hit City from every other club that has played them during the time they had been cooking the books? What one big fùcking mess FFP has become. Just scrap the lot and let owners spend what they want and if that means that clubs go bust because of their and their supporters over ambition then so be it. |

My ex being a lazy cow if hungry would never be bothered to make herself a meal but instead make two pieces of toast and then poor half a bottle of salad cream on them. Hideous. And the toast and salad cream wasn’t much better! |

Wasn’t able to go on Saturday so managed to watch a stream which unfortunately had the Preston commentator. When you look at the pre-match videos that Tyler does, the preparation he goes into about both teams and then compare against the idiot that I had to listen to. He couldn’t even check whether it was Varane starting (the big no.40 on the back gives a clue), when Scarlett got booked he said it was Mbengue and was still using Mbengue’s name even after he had been substituted. He really didn’t have a clue about us whatsoever. You can see that young Tyler is going to have a huge future commentating in the game. The dedication he puts in to this role is amazing. Good luck to him. |

Bit of luck the spending that North Battersea have once again wasted on mercenaries will finally come back and see them sink and return to their rightful place before the Russian war criminal laundered his dirty money with them. The team hasn’t got any bottle and with a fair wind last week Hull could have stuck five past them. 13 goals conceded in five league games. They really are shìt. |

Two other things not mentioned. The strain on the pocket of the average supporter. Usually West Brom would have been close on a sell out especially given the league position of both teams but with Charlton a few days before and 3,000 supporters attending people are watching their pockets more.
And secondly, given the greater demands on players and squads with injuries mounting up right across the league what the hell does the EFL think in introducing a 25 player limit for clubs??? Surely this means that more players are more likely to be called up whilst carrying injuries. A 30 man squad would make more sense and if there are to be three game weeks then given that their are nine across the season one a month at a maximum makes more sense and a limit of six matches a month for clubs. Surely it’s not that difficult to work out? |
