Pleased that we have strengthened the defence. I am worried about the attacking threat. I think we should have signed another striker and a creative midfielder.

RUSSELL MARTIN has been offered the Swansea City Head Coach job and turned it down at this stage, TGG understands.

The Swans are looking for a replacement for Steve Cooper, who left by mutual consent at the start of the month, and had identified the MK Dons boss as their number one choice.

The 35-year-old has won acclaim for his approach during 20 months in charge of the League One side, both in terms of their style of play and his leadership style. Last season the team ranked third in Europe for their possession stats, behind only Barcelona and Manchester City.

Yep, the same bloke that bullied Steve Penny into resigning. Chris Farnell was handed a ban after issues arose during an attempt to buy Charlton earlier this year. However, he appealed against the decision and the ban was withdrawn, although he did serve a a five-week disqualification period which ended on 14 September.

I bet Burnely fans are crapping themselves.
