Red Dragons v Swans : ‘Little Wonder’ Wrexham Fans are Living the Dream13th Mar 2026 14:13 Swansea and Wrexham are at opposite ends of the country, but the clubs have many connections. Phil Parkinson was the Bradford manager when the Swans won the League Cup at Wembley. Joe Allen, Neil Taylor, Lee Trundle, and Kristian O'Leary represented both clubs in recent times, while Brian Flynn is very fondly remembered for his two seasons managing the Swans, following 13 seasons with Wrexham.0
Wrexham 2 Swansea City 0 : What a waste of time for a sold out away end14th Mar 2026 09:06 Swansea City did nothing of any real note to deserve anything from this Friday evening fixture. Despite having a referee who refused to make key decisions it was unequivocally a wasted journey for the sold out away end. Poor tactics, strategically naive and hopelessly without effort in the second half, it was a shocking watch. And all that after a decent first half.1
Two games coming up this week, first at Portsmouth this Tuesday evening (7:45pm) followed by Wrexham away on Friday (8pm) The Swans have sold in the region of 1,400 tickets for the Portsmouth trip and Wrexham is sold out (1,260)
Pompey: Always one of the toughest away fixtures for the Swans 8th Mar 2026 15:42 The last time Swansea City played Portsmouth at Fratton Park it was a very cold New Years Day in 2025 on the south coast, and the Swans lost 4-0. Totally outclassed in football terms they simply didn’t turn up. Luke Williams was the head coach at that point but this game pretty much signalled the end of his time at Swansea.0
Portsmouth v Swansea City : Match day, Team News & fanzine history10th Mar 2026 09:07 The Swans have a really tough fixture this evening at Fratton Park (7:45pm) There are no immediate concerns injury wise as they look to do something about their poor away form. Head coach Vitor Matos was happy with the way his side played when defeating Stoke City 2-0 on Saturday at the swansea.com - so this match up is eagerly anticipated.0
Portsmouth 1 Swansea City 2 : Josh Key scores again in tip top display10th Mar 2026 22:40 Swansea City took another step towards addressing their poor away record this season with a win at Fratton Park, Portsmouth this evening. A very commanding first half which saw two Swans goals was followed by a nail biting second period where tactics and belief seemed to drain away.0
Swans looking to get revenge on typical Stoke tactics 3rd Mar 2026 08:00 The Swans are back on home turf this coming weekend (Saturday 3pm) with a game against Stoke City which Josh Tymon is most eager to take part in. To say he was kicked continuously in the reverse fixture at Stoke in December is an understatement.0
Swansea City v Stoke City ‘Kopfkino’ football in mind6th Mar 2026 17:00 Our Friday evening pre match comes from Rhys Clayton out in Austria but a regular in the stands home and away watching the Swans in the Championship. Like Olle Söderholm a Swans fan in colder climbs he offers another astute take on all things Swansea City.0
Swans v Potters : The reason why this fixture carries certain issues. Documented 7th Mar 2026 08:00 Welcome to our match day morning on the Indy and today we look forward to this afternoons fixture at the swansea.com between Swansea City and Stoke City. It’s very much a mid table clash but there has always been a contrast in styles when these two sides meet, no matter the season.0
Swans deservedly beat Stoke as Cullen scores another wonder goal7th Mar 2026 18:15 This game did have its usual frustrations as the Swans huffed and puffed at times to seal this encounter. That said two great goals were the difference between these two sides. You can look back on our reports this week to see just how we felt this game would go, and it surely did.0

Ipswich Town v Swansea City : Swans with decisions to make 26th Feb 2026 16:45 Swansea City visit Ipswich Town on Saturday with the majority of people already putting this clash down as a home win. That may well be the case but the Swans are not exactly playing badly with their last two away games resulting in a win and a loss.0
Tractor Boys v The Swans : Beware of results that went before 27th Feb 2026 19:18 Ipswich Town followers are very confident of getting the three points come the end of tomorrow’s game against Swansea City at Portman Road. As we mentioned yesterday this is very much the case, the Swans are the underdogs and are even unfancied for a draw.0
Ipswich Town v Swansea City : Match day on the Indy & team news 28th Feb 2026 10:36 It’s match day on the Indy as we take the run up to today’s fixture at Portman Road between Ipswich Town and Swansea City. We will also carry team news and latest on this game.0
Ipswich 3 Swansea City 0 : What a shocking mess ! 28th Feb 2026 18:11 Two defensive errors and Swansea players still in their sleeping bags at the start of this fixture lost any chance of taking anything from this game. Referee, Anthony Backhouse added his usual mismanagement of a Swans game which we mentioned pre match, and all together it was an another sleepwalk back to the days of Russell Martin.1

Indy : Say what you like but this referee continually involves himself in drama of his own making when officiating Swansea City. It isn’t just the Swans. We have been citing this for three seasons. Penalties waved away that have been so blatant, overall command of the game being poor as he gradually makes the game about him instead of the enjoyment of the match in question. How he still gets Championship games is open to debate.
This game is completely sold out. Below will give us some clues.
Indy feature : Snoop Dogg inspires the future of Swansea City 19th Feb 2026 17:17 Followers of Swansea City seem to have more interest in a midweek home game against Preston North End (Tuesday 7:45pm) than the game against Bristol City which kicks off at 12:30pm this Saturday at the swansea.com.0
Swansea City : Preston highlighted as the game to prove a few points 22nd Feb 2026 12:15 On Tuesday, the Swans will host Preston North End in a crucial game to keep the play-off dream alive. Matos looks to continue his side’s incredible home form, in a game that reminds me a lot of the Derby fixture.0
Snoop Dogg brings worldwide glamour to Swansea City v Preston North End 24th Feb 2026 07:30 Swansea City take on Preston North End this evening at the Swansea.com in front of a sold out home crowd. It could well be the Swans see their second twenty thousand plus attendance of the season In a cleverly promoted fixture which will include one of Swansea City’s investors, Snoop Dogg.0

Swansea City : Matos faces a huge test 18th Feb 2026 08:00 Swansea City set out on a journey of two home games over four days this coming Saturday and then Tuesday evening. Saturday brings Bristol City (12:30pm) and Tuesday, Preston North End (7:45pm) Both games are winnable of course but will prove a lot harder than the two against Portsmouth and Oxford United.0
Swans can rise to just three points from the play offs20th Feb 2026 18:01 Austrian, Gerhard Struber brings his Bristol City side to the swansea.com tomorrow lunchtime with an indifferent track record of late, but still in the play off picture. They meet a Swans side who have grabbed the season by the throat since the arrival of head coach, Vitor Matos. This evening we take a step back with tickets still remaining for this fixture.0
Swansea City v Bristol City : Match day morning & team news 21st Feb 2026 07:30 Swansea City now know if they take the points today they will most certainly be three points outside of the play offs (for a bit anyway) after Blackburn Rovers last ditch goal to defeat Preston last night. Tuesdays visitors Preston North End lost 1-0, so they will be looking to put that right on Tuesday in front of a completely sold out crowd.0
Swansea City 1 Bristol City 0 : Swans under par but they still take the points !21st Feb 2026 15:37 Swansea City most certainly were not at their best for this early afternoon kick off but they still managed to take all three points today. Despite an exceptionally poor completed passes stat (63%) which tells you some of the story, they had courage and endeavour which we wouldn’t have seen before Vitor Matos took over as head coach at the Swans.0

Rams v Swans : Home and away both sides need to be better11th Feb 2026 08:00 Olle Söderholm previews the big game on Saturday as the Swans head to Derby County for their crucial Championship fixture at Pride Park. The avid Swansea City and IK Sirius fan joins us on the Indy again as he proves his knowledge with some very astute analysis. There will be more to come from Olle for sure.0
Swans in massive six pointer this weekend ! 13th Feb 2026 08:00 Rhys Clayton takes a look at this weekends fixture against Derby County at Pride Park, a game where the Swans have taken up an allocation of around 1,600 which despite the gap between the two sides is actually a six pointer.0
Derby County v Swansea City : Match day on the Indy : Team News 14th Feb 2026 08:00 It’s a big old six pointer this afternoon at Pride Park with two sides meeting who are looking upwards not downwards. If the Swans somehow can get the points they pull level with the Rams, if they lose they fall six points behind them. The mad old Championship delivers another weekend of fun.0
Swans frustrate after first half domination at Derby14th Feb 2026 17:59 The Swans went to Derby with clear intent to win this encounter but sadly didn’t have the know how to unlock the Derby defence to go down by two goals to nil this afternoon. Despite that the addition of Gustavo Nunes was a highlight but the negativity and frustration of the Swans play leading up to his introduction was the key point to be taken from this game.0

Swansea City : Do not underestimate a team that hasn’t scored for eight games 6th Feb 2026 09:42 Swansea head coach, Vitor Matos will face the wider public today and reveal how his squad has shaped up after a week of treatment for certain players. Melker Widell was his latest concern prior to the away win at Watford last Saturday, Eom and Ronald thereafter. Swansea City face Sheffield Wednesday at the swansea.com on Sunday at noon.0

Swans score four : What the fans think !9th Feb 2026 08:17 Two new writers join us on the Indy, Rhys Clayton and Olle Soderholm, these are their first contributions to the Indy but what a time to join in ! An emphatic display by the Swans on a Sunday afternoon with more goals scored than in any game this season. An unfortunate Sheffield Wednesday are almost resigned now to League One.0
Leo Walta : Swans close down other clubs plus Stamenić inquiry 30th Jan 2026 17:07 The news this morning of Leo Walta a player at IK Sirius in the Allsvenskan league in Sweden surfaced much to the displeasure of Swansea City FC. The Swans have done a bit of shopping around Northern Europe since Adam Worth took over as the main recruitment man at Swansea. It is a goldmine at times for clubs willing to put the work in to bring in players.2
Swansea City : Will Watford prove to be the turning point ? 28th Jan 2026 10:56 Swansea City will certainly look to their EFL Championship fixture on Saturday (3pm) Vicarage Road against Watford as the turning point for their poor away form under head coach, Vitor Matos. Just one win away from home signals a degree of concern about this side and its overall character. But we don’t just write a few sentences or words and leave it there, we have to to look deeper.0

Swansea measure up as Matos tactics outsmart Watford 31st Jan 2026 20:26 Swansea City proved their worth as head coach Vitor Matos set his depleted side up to exploit the Watford midfield and press relentlessly throughout this game. The days of hanging on for a 1-0 win to be thwarted at the end of halves seems to be a thing of the past, at least for now. The determination was there with Ethan Galbraith on the bench and Melker Widell (out injured) there were a few raised eyebrows at this Swansea selection.0
Swansea City : Friday night round up, Barry Bannan & Hull City away 23rd Jan 2026 18:47 The Swans travelled today to Humberside for their EFL Championship game against Hull City tomorrow (3pm) at the MKM Stadium. The good news is new signing, Gustavo Nunes has travelled, the bad is that Zeidane Inoussa (back) is out and could be for a while.1
Cabango and his astonishing handball loses the game for Swansea City 24th Jan 2026 19:20 Swansea City yet again lost an away game by the odd goal in a performance that went from the bizarre to incomparable in the second half. The issue is of course despite so many opportunities for the Swans they didn’t put them away followed by incredibly poor decision making. Then of course what more can head coach Vitor Matos do when he sets his side up to win games and his team doesn’t turn up in front of goal ?1
