Inexperience can do this sometimes

A great performance by our youngsters, things like this will happen. Let's learn and move on.
Well done boys, good effort.

I don’t pay for HD and never have...but I have got the standard def sports package. Came home today to see that all of the standard def channels have been replaced by the HD channels, and I have the HD picture coming through...I can’t find any info on this online. Anyone had the same?
Let's clear this up for our young players
at 19:26 1 Sep 2018
For those who find it hard to comprehend things.
NONE of this criticism is aimed at our f*cking brilliant young boys who are giving it their all for our shirt. A silly mistake today will hopefully be learned from, but an inexperienced side will naturally suffer more of these errors.
Our boys have done brilliantly all season, so far. They have been utterly dropped in the sh*t by those in charge of the club. There is no back up to our amazing lads on the pitch, who are playing out of their skins to match and beat some of these Championship sides. Wanting a small bit of depth DOES NOT mean putting us into further debt and spending 20 million. THERE IS a happy medium.
As has been said by a couple of astute posters here, 3 or 4 half decent experienced players and we'd be in the playoffs easily. The quality of this league is underwhelming. Hopefully Routs, Dyer and Bony will improve things, but we can't assume.
We can't play our players out of position for the whole season. Oli was playing CB towards the end ffs.
And a final mention for Graham Potter. F*cking hats off to you. Your ability (wizardry?) to change the system and shoehorn players into different positions is what is saving us right now.
A SMALL bit of backing and we would be a true force in this league. Frustrating. Well done to our young boys, you're doing us proud. You have our full support and not a single Swans fan wants you to lose or fail, despite what sh*t you may read on here.

"aaaand it's live" [ffs that got tedious about 3 fûcking years ago] on sky.
Anyone watching? Not so interested in the PL this season but it's a bit of Friday night footy. Utd 1-0 up after a pen in 2nd minute.

Or is this board full of oddballs these days? You know, the type that would invent a persona, give themselves a quirky avatar and then talk a load of rubbish constantly? Also seems that nearly every thread ends up in personal digs rather than debating the topic at hand...the amount of vendettas currently on this board is tiring.
I know it's always been the case to some extent, but at the moment it seems like 60-70% of the posts are from these people...the board has become unreadable at times.
It's a shame that there is a big lack of football debate on what is a football forum.
Thinking about 'the inevitable'
at 10:52 30 Jul 2018
Hopefully not too morbid a post for a Monday morning.
I'm now in my 30's, with my parents approaching their mid to late 60's, and I find myself increasingly thinking about how I will cope or learn to accept when the inevitable does happen. Thankfully they are still both in good health (touch wood), so there is nothing to worry about as such, I just find myself thinking about it more and more.
Is this something that sounds familiar to posters on here, and how did you cope when your parents did pass? Maybe the sharing of stories will also be some 'self help'.

How many penalties have we had so far in this World Cup?
What was the number of penalties in the previous World Cups?
