I agree with you on that, but you can't think that performance yesterday was acceptable? I gave them a pass at Portsmouth, and to a large extent at West Brom, but that was fcking awful yesterday.
Not the worst ever, not a catastrophe, not "we're going down", but really bad. Sitting through that first half I just couldn't believe the standard of what I was watching. |

There's a cohort of our online support who absolutely detest Smyth to weird levels, but the messages he's received go beyond that into proper mental illness.
Unfortunately there's a lot of it about. In life and internet and society in general, but at QPR in particular there is definitely an unhinged weirdo or two within our midst who get off on anonymous hate campaigns via email and DM.
I've been receiving stuff like this for the last couple of years. Dozens of them... And I'm not the only one from the podcast/website circuit who's getting this stuff either. Always deeply personal and designed to cause maximum hurt and upset.

Needed a good pre-season perhaps more than anybody else and didn't get it.

Yeh looked like somebody had pulled doughnuts on it didn't it? Presume that was moving the electric lights. There were also weird sort of circle patches all over it where it looked like somebody had dug it up.
If we get one the dreaded 'named storms' in the next week or two that's going to be a quagmire. |

Alarming state today. It basically looks dead, and they’ve put the roller onto mud. They then drown it before both halves, makes it like a skating rink. They reckon they’re going to play an U18 game on that before we play again on Sunday?! |

Slice it and dice it whichever way you like but you were 3 points off the play offs and on the back of your best performance of the season, with games against 16th, 21st, 23rd and 24th to come and this is what you did with it. |
