Feel for Paul Smyth . You know what you get with him, effort and commitment and every now again he pulls a rabbit out of the hat .
Sadly with some of our players we know what we’re going to get .
Brilliant one week and totally of it the next .
Esqerdinah is sadly nowhere near the level of football required for this leauge.
Heading down the Santos route.
Was supposed to be at this game but illness put paid to that . Hats off to the fans who travelled.

They haven’t pulled the plug on Mason yet and it usually our luck that a struggling team does so , just before we play them . If Mason is sacked after this game it will mean we’ve won .

Love this. Been a lower loft standing bloke for some years now. I’ve had to stand /sit through some awful crap over the years . Especially the last few seasons.
A couple of seasons ago we had the joy of seeing just 5 goals at our end of the ground. That’s abysmal by any standards . Watching Dykes and co was utterly depressing.
Now fast forward to this season . Four wins in a row and Burrell and Kone terrorising defences.
Leicester getting a hammering and That last minute winner by Morgan against money bags Birmingham which seen myself, a 60 year old standing on the safe standing barriers singing Hi ho silver lining at Ten past ten on a school night when I really should have heading back to home to grab my six hours sleep . Hot fun indeed . It’s been a blast.
We’re going to have horror shows like we had first half on Boxing Day . It’s a lower championship budget we have . We’re punching at the moment.
It beats looking over our shoulder like we have been for quite a few years.

Being angry about a point away from home against Pompey after that first half showing is not high on my agenda at the moment.

She sorts out the daughter’s presents and in-laws.
On line hampers sort out the Irish across the water.
Can I wrap presents though ? Yes and back in the day was pretty decent. |

A report as a good as the game . I asked for them in a pre match post to go at them like dogs . We did and some.
Leicester were woeful . As disinterested a team as I’ve seen here for years . Failed premier league players stuck in a purgatory of thinking they’re too good for an unforgiving championship and nowhere good enough for the premier league.
Simmo pointed out Jimmy Dunne’s contribution in a post after your report.
He’s involvement in all our goals is staggering for a centre half .
Everyone was outstanding apart from Hamer who really needs to up his work rate. 😉

Same as you lone . Didn’t hear the C word from lower loft and I thought mostly it was good natured . Lots of “ Marti Marti what’s the score?” which is the same tune .
Let’s not forget that Marti didn’t have the luxury of two strikers who have 14 goals between at the half way point of a season in his time here.
No bad feelings from me . We’ve moved on with what looks like an upgrade. |

Hamer back in again today at the expense of Nardi .

Madsen for me . Just knits everything together now.
Added a bit of bite to his game and is all the better for it.
Mbengue outstanding again as was Kone .
Everyone showed up today though even if Leicester were shocking defensively.
Recruitment deserve a lot of credit .
4 new signings and 4 goals. Nuff said. |
