Yes its well and truly legal. Flex 101.4 obtained an FM licence a few years ago. Its now what's called community radio. It promotes creative arts in the area of South London.
Most Pirate stations have gone legal tbh. Ive just joined Kane 103.7 FM and like Flex is now a community radio station, giving something back to the area. Bit of a far cry from scaling tower blocks and dodging the DTI We're all responsible adults now... . Well, kinda..

We're miles off prem standard. Could we go up? debatable . Should we go up at this stage probably not, unless you want to spend next season watching us get turned over every week.
I like our progress on the pitch so far. We're looking much better and with some depth in the squad. But watching us play Boro the other week, was a good reminder of the levels.
