And does anyone know who "brokered" the deal ? Usually there are "super" agents/executives who helps the transaction go through? I am sure some bloke was pictured with Levien outside Morgans sometime in 15 or 16?
Who has more power at the club? Who of the two are now involved in transfer negotiations. Who can fire who? Can Pearlman fire Jenkins?
If Jenkins blocked the James deal perhaps he has more power than we think. This whole sad story has a whiff of Doug Sharpe coming back to the club when he realised Thompson and Cullis were up to no good in early 1996.
Lets remind ourselves what they promised in Summer 2016. If they are not learning from their mistakes they should sell the club to a group who can take us forward. They obviously need help and support and it is amazing that they are not using the Trust more.
"Although I cannot promise or predict the future, I can guarantee one thing - the current board of directors will always fight, as we have done over the last 12 years, to work together as one with the Supporters Trust to make 100% sure that Swansea City football club remains the number one priority in all our thoughts and in every decision we make."
