Swansea City won away for the first time under Vitor Matos, a 1-0 win at Oxford to complete the monthly double on the U’s. It was a scrappy game but the Swans thoroughly deserved to go home with the points.

The game later today at Oxford United is a test of character, and no doubt of how fearless the mind must be to take on a challenge and meet it head on. That test which wasn’t taken at Coventry comes tonight at the Kassam Stadium. We can only hope so because there will be a big welcome from the Indy within the sold out Swansea support for sure.

Swans head coach, Vitor Matos has another chance to get that elusive away win on Monday evening when he takes his Swansea side to Oxford United for a 7:45pm kick off. Tickets for Swans fans have sold out even though a decent support travelled to Coventry City yesterday, they were charged £45 a ticket.

The Swans fell to defeat at the divisions top side this afternoon at Coventry City. The inconsistency and some would say a lot more of referee Sam Allison was shocking - as was the miss towards the end by Liam Cullen.
