I think if you compare the amount of first team footballers produced from each academy over the last 10 years you will find we are doing slightly better than you...

Relax DR. Why not just admit you jumped the gun and got it wrong with your playoff prediction.
Its no big deal and certainly not worth beating yourself up over it, we all make mistakes. Nobody here really cares anyway. |

In terms of the CL, the biggest thing was it going from terrestrial TV for me personally as I don't have Sky or BT Sports.
Certainly not snobbishness on my part, more to do with the fact that if the Swans aren't involved I'm generally not that interested these days. I haven't watched MOTD since we went down either.
Each to their own though - I can see why people would enjoy watching 2 quality teams play, as a neutral. |

I'm the same, I used to love the champions league games on a Weds night on ITV. Since its gone to Sky/BT I cant remember when I last watched a game other than the final - and only then if an English team was involved.
I find the talk of finishing in the top 4 very boring too - doesn't interest me one bit. [Post edited 4 May 2021 20:40]

If we take it to a last day winner takes all game from this position I would be delighted.
Given the next 2 sets of fixtures its not inconceivable that we could be 1 or 2 points behind them this time next week.

Its the travelling that will effect us most over the next week or so being away to Blackburn, Luton and then BMuff.
Hopefully we can use the momentum form the last 2 games to carry us through to the Scum game. |

It depends how good he is, some of the best forward players about are lightweight (Rashford, Neymar, Foden) but use their skill and speed to negate their lack of size.
I think he is definatly seen as one we can develop and get the best from next season and beyond If he hits the ground running and bangs a few in between now and the end of the season then all the better - lets just give him a fair shake. [Post edited 31 Jan 2021 17:03]
