A brilliant start from Swansea City this afternoon dived into another order from the menu of disastrous football. Starters of no idea after fifteen minutes, with a main course of incompetence and a big desert of stupidity. They are now equal third bottom with Portsmouth who the Swans play at home on Tuesday 9th December (7:45pm) after a home game next Saturday against Oxford United (3pm) |

The misplaced passes were back, giving the ball away that led to a goal, a lack of awareness and a competitive edge that was missing ensured the Swans lost this game. The referee didn’t help matters but he wasn’t responsible for two Burgess own goals. We know the board want Sheehan to improve and they very much want him to succeed but this display was at a level only relegation threatened sides put in. |
