The commentary said that "it doesn't matter if is was intentional or not, if it hits his arm it shouldn't be given." I thought it had to be arm to ball through unnatural movement to be classed as a handball. The first time it hits him, his back is to the ball and his arm is out because he has just pulled free of a defender who was pulling him arm (a penalty surely) and the second hit looks to be a straight deflection from a defenders heel again ball to arm, no unnatural movement. Its a goal.

Hmmm unless it was against us. It is handball just the ref and the lino did not see it. Maybe a bit unfair on Leeds but they had enough chances and a pen to draw or win so no real sympathy. Some you win some you lose.

Rule changed this season so if the ball touches an attacker's arm in the build up to the goal it should be disallowed. Makes the goal even more enjoyable for me tbh.

Remember them talking about that on MOTD that evening, '...a little bit hand ball, a little bit offside, but what a great goal!'
