I am not that surprised at Laird to be honest because he was playing great stuff for us until Mick Boil bailed and Clive described him as too good for this division a couple of times .Never realized he was all smiles on and off the pitch but fair play if its true .Those injuries keep piling up though I actually fear for his career .
Roberts is another story .If Tony Mobwray loved him ,played him and was involved in a lot of good play then he really pissed down on us here with his attitude and that is unforgivable IMO.
The best thing about Dozzell is he left QPR and we got some excellent January replacements that has given us a massive chance to survive .
We were not going to survive with his miserable contributions .

Laird might be all smiles now, but I can still remember him sitting on his arse away at Wigan in that 6 pointer, waving to come off, with Chair so irate by his behaviour he came over to lift him up and had to be restrained by someone. Made us waste a sub in a crucial game. Laird then was fully fit to play the next game. No one should forget this sort of behaviour. |  | | |
