Ollies New Years Resolutions / To Do List 21:29 - Dec 27 with 2074 viewsLblock

1. Appeal Neds ban - if we can't have it increased to 20 games then put him on the list immediately

2. Somehow shift the weak tvvats out of the club:-
A) Onuoha - weak in the mind, weakest captain since Karl Ready, weak technically and looks like a man with a helium balloon at his feet when trying to control a ball
B) Perch - the physique of Charles Hawtry, the concentration of a goldfish and couldn't tackle a runny egg sandwich
C) Luongo - seems a favourite with many but I just don't see it. He's as weak as a geriatric piss bag and gets bullied off the ball like a first year having his dinner money taken by a sixth form bully. He has zero pace, no assists, hardly any shots on or off target and games pass him by apart from one or two silky touches
D) Sandra - needs no further explanation total and utter sicknote
E) Insert any number of names of players weak in body and mind

3. Play Shopido!!!! FFS here's someone with genuine pace, skill, trickery and raw ambition. If I was an opposition full back he's our one player I'd not want to be facing. Work him on his final ball and shooting in training

4. Kindly request that Teflon Les and Benny go on a "well earned" January long ski break somewhere with no phone signal, Sky coverage or return flights until May

5. Pray for the miracle of being able to add some pace, physicality and attitude to the squad to the squad, preferably by 1st week in January

6. Give shorter pre and post match interviews --- in these desperate times he's appearing more and more desperate

7. Give Kenny Jackett or someone similar a call. These players need a level head to yin out the passion yang.

Not much to sort really.....

Can I just put in a request for Wszolek, as well as Shodipo? Two genuine talents who could rip this division apart, if only we had a stiker.

I've watched Wszolek 3 times now admittedly overseas. Haven't seen him do anything.

I know football is a game of opinions, but Luongo is fifth in the league for most successful tackles per game, and sixth in the league for making the most successful tackles total.

I found it here after hearing it from someone:

In real life, he's a really good traditional wing man. Shapes to cross, then cuts back, etc etc. I like him. We just need a striker to get his bonce on Wszolek's crosses.

I thought Chris Ramsay was only in charge of the academy now; so why does he have to go?

Has there ever been a sadder sight within the sphere and parameters of association football as Fernandes, Ramsey and Ferdinand, at the end of yesterdays game?.

If anything sums up the state of this club at the moment , it was when the sky camera lingered on them for just a second or two longer than was necessary.. Brutal. the only thing missing from the apparition was a service revolver and some woods to walk into.

Poor tony Couldn't have shown more amplified pain on his mush if Johnathon King and his wheels of steel from the Walton Hop disco came to do his kids Birthday Party. yesterday I was angry about it, reflecting on The waste..The futility and corruption of our aspirations and dreams, The base degradation of facing your work colleagues on a monday morning . We should have known better.

so this morning I thought Fk it..I cant stop laughing at the Image of Earth , Wind and Fire in the stands at the end of yesterdays Game , recorded in perpetuity for eternity by the Sky Camera like Robert Capa photographing captured forlorn soldiers of the Wehrmacht on D day. Its so bleedin QPR. I keep thinking of the lot of them in the opening scene of Police Squad. Perfect. I dont know about Ollie's new years resolution but mine is to carry on laughing. Anger is a wasted energy on this lot.

So what happens once supporters have hounded Sir Les and Ramsey out of their jobs? Any particular players you lot don't like?

I think we can make an educated guess on those likely to be next in the firing line.

'You Lot' ?. seems a bit all encompassing. This is the very first time i have voiced a scintilla of angst since the last days of Ramsey. My first game was a 5 - 1 home defeat to everton many many years ago, thus my gallows humor has been cultivated to suit the team i support. As individuals , we can only post in a manner befitting our bespoke DNA. By no stretch of the imagination can I, a rather peripheral figure who posts on this forum occasionally , be accused of hounding Sir les and ramsey out of a job.

Im happy to give it a go with Karl Henry and james perch though.

Went back to my Sky recording just now to see if I could see that footage - you are so right it was not a nice thing to watch. The problem I have is yes it is painful and it does make me angry and yes it does fill me with frustration about where we were and where we now find ourselves but those three people have caused this situation.

What has happened to the good old days where people were hired on a trial period before given a full time job? A blind man can see Ollie is NEVER in a million years going to change things at our club and best now for him, Les, Ramsey and all the other so called 'QPR Men through and through' but are totally useless to be told to fcuk right off and get people in who can win football matches and improve players - now that would be a first!!

As they say Disco breath in love - breath out hate!!!!!

Have a good New Year.

You too Brother .

I just thought that image spoke a thousand words or more. For the record , Ive no problem with Les , It was the collective image that had me thinking of F Troop.

I also seem to remember being stood perfectly in line for his delicious assist for Polter at Burton, or did I imagine that?

L block welcome back i have noticed one of two isolated posts but nothing as substantial as this. I wouldn't disgree with a lot of what you have said. Althiough i think you are being a bit harsh on Luongo. Come on Perch is as weak as a geriatric piss bag and gets bullied off the ball like a first year having his dinner money taken by a sixth form bully but not Massimo. I saw the whole of the Brighton game on the box and i thought that Solly March just took the mick with Perch. Onuhua and Bidwell to a slightly lesser extent were both found wanting.

This may be true. But he then passes straight to an opposing player 7 times our of 10! I'm in the ''just don't get it'' about him too. Not just him mind you. Our whole team seem incapable of passing a ball 10 feet without giving it to the other side.
