I would have said no while Klopp was there, Gloucs. Always found them a joyless machine under him that would waste an artist like Eze. But who knows who their next manager will be, and they will need creativity, I suppose. So, good shout maybe. |

Fair enough, my man. I still love you, baby. |

Another vote for Milligan's diaries. Part 6: 'Goodbye Soldier' is also brilliant, albeit in a different way. War over, Milligan is now an entertainer travelling Italy with a troupe in a charabanc, falling in love and writing some really gorgeous prose along the way. |

I have very little respect for anyone who breaks the bond of the dressing room. A squad and their management go through something together, they stand together and they keep silence together and for ever. Funny stories, fine. Informative general information, fine. But this is breaking the bond. Onouha has made a post-playing career out of breaking that bond and encouraging others to do the same. So I have, I'm afraid, very little respect for him. This is muckraking, and it's unprofessional. |

Well, he didn't score the sixth last night. Must have hit the post. |

5-0? Have Arsenal signed Gary Bannister and Johnny Byrne? |

Kerry were the first: First to have over 100 handpasses in a Final First to have over 200, and First to have over 300. There's a move back towards more direct football, Sheener, might be worth checking back in to some teams - Tyrone, Galway, Dublin (sort of), Donegal (maybe). Even some of the handpassing teams are trying to run the ball with more pace now. Hope it lasts. |

Hi Bannerman, Yes, I do some coaching. You wouldn't want me as a ref! :) Didn't watch Clare v Limerick, sorry. Heard about the two goals alright. Limerick getting the big decisions again. Cork v Kerry was odd alright. Cork have been playing well recently and have often done well by sitting off and waiting for the turnover then counter-attacking for the goal. Didn't work on Saturday, especially when the clock was winding down, as you say. I'd like to see them push up in those instances, but maybe that would only bring a point? |

Limerick showing weaknesses at the moment, just not sure there's another good team out there. Dublin are evolving and may even be improving, but Donegal and Derry are serious teams with serious management. Mayo are also a serious team, just not sure about their management. |
