Yup, and there would need to be provision for vehicle and pedestrian access from the east (Scrubs Lane) at the very minimum for emergency access if Old Oak Common Lane was blocked.

Coming in late to this but, I agree with DW, the new depot has been built exactly on the footprint of the earlier GWR loco & carriage sheds, located right by the existing tracks. Building an underground facility for this, for heavy mainline rolling stock is something akin to a 'Nazi Megastructures' episode, i.e. nonsense.
Apart from that, and the fact it's on the other side of the GU canal entirely from Car Giant & Powerday, renders it a non-issue.

What would be really helpful also would be data weighting on passing quality, what did a particular pass actually produce, what was the outcome?

Memorable one for me was at HQ in 2008: 2-2 v Knob End - late Dexter equaliser.
Pure elation 🤣

The Pride kept you ā€˜regular’ though!
Had heard of that epithet back in the day, from none other than Wally, the guv’nor of the Narrow Boat.

To Beckenham:
I think it’s a fab window, but I have to ask you directly, what point is there bringing in anybody new, gold or otherwise, if it’s just to throw them on a bonfire of a failed footballing infrastructure?

The foundational pre-season work has not been properly addressed and coordinated; that’s down to Nourry.

Please explain, if you’d be so kind, what are Nourry’s qualifications to do these things you mention?

Morecambe FC RIP
at 08:46 1 Aug 2025

Pity the Morecambe fans, and community, but the notion that all stadia ought to become assets of community value wouldn't (in the long run) add much of a safety-net, I wish it did.
We only need to look at the run-down state of the LC Stadium to get an idea of how that could go.

Football clubs as ACVs, might have more of a chance though.
