I find it’s quicker getting away if you park the other side of Uxbridge Rd. No restrictions after 5 on Conningham Rd I think and certainly not once you go about 100 yards further from the ground. |

Makes the playoffs interesting if Hull win their next one. WBA need something and still have to play Sheff W. Hull need to win both to have any chance and if Norwich slip up against Swansea they’re playing Birm and Plymouth respectively on the last day so if it really goes tits up this weekend that would be handy. |

If we were going to ‘double up’ surely just play Smyth. Cannon is crap anyway. Think Leicester away is the template but Leeds’ attack is better and less predictable. |

No card in that situation. Indirect FK from where he handles or from six yards I believe if closer to goal.
Reading the backpass laws in a lull in the Everton game I knew a player couldn’t flick a ball up and head it back to avoid passing it but apparently they can’t head it when the ball can feasibly played with the foot so a diving header in theory shouldn’t be allowed to be gathered by the goalkeeper but I’ve never seen that enforced. |

I’ve done it a few times but if you’re dumb enough to make yourself known, especially when your team is winning, you should expect something to happen. Leeds being massiver than massive tend to do it more than most. |

Apparently if Cov had fallen out the league in that time they wouldn’t have been allowed back in.

I’m not going to say no to an extra bank holiday but it’s been celebrated for about 1100 years so not being a bank holiday probably isn’t because of that. I swear it was barely a thing 20 years or so ago.

Not been paying much attention to the top of the league but that Leeds squad is insane. Complete failure if they don’t go up with Summerville, Gnonto, Rutter, Bamford, Piroe, Anthony and Dan James as your attacking options. Ampadu and Rodon at the back. Gray in midfield they reckon will be a top player. Meslier in goal. It’s an obscene squad.
Hope Ipswich do them. |

Could go either way on that. The final is three weeks after our game so no need to rest anyone. Whole club would be on a high and a full house. As it is we’re probably playing a team with nothing to play for other than pride at home at the end of a long season off the back of four games in less time than we’ve had two. |

Indeed. I wouldn’t trust Birmingham to beat San Marino’s U21 girls’ team. Awful again at the weekend apparently. Huddersfield atrocious too and their fans are really kicking off. Would’ve been a great game for our Sky overlords to televise |

If we lost both games 3-0 they’d still have to win both games with a combined +5 GD and it would mean Birmingham would be below us guaranteed. I know we can be a pessimistic bunch but that would be some catastrophe even for us. |

Tough game for the full-backs Friday against Gnonto and Summerville. Not much we can do if they’re at their best but maybe one for Fox and maybe wise to start Smyth on the right. |
