Kane and Pugh make it a summer dozen - Signings
Pugh knows where the back of the net is! Scores a lot with his head for a wee bloke ... I predict he’ll be a hit with the fans as long as he can stay fit.
But if he plays on the left of a 3 where does that leave Eze/Bright? I still think we look overloaded in deep-lying midfield, especially with Cameron signing. Amos/Smith/Ball/Cameron and Scowen (albeit further forward).
Still we have options and competition for places, and as Clive said, Warburton is far more likely to rotate the squad and prevent burnout than Schteeve. I think Chair will disappear on loan again too ... not a bad thing as I think he still has a few things to work on. I would have liked to see him unload a few 25-yarders in pre-season but we saw instead a lot of pretty triangles around the edge of the box without really going anywhere. Immense talent though.

This should win an award for sports journalism ... it's that good. I watched the game on a small screen from Canada but reading Clive's report I might as well have been at Loftus Road getting a running commentary in my ear from an absolute lunatic. Magnificent!

I think he made a 3rd mistake - against Blackburn in his first home game? Flapped badly at a cross and the Blackburn player (was it Rhodes?) scored.
Still, 3 mistakes in 2.5 seasons. I wish him well - he's the best Rs keeper I've seen since Seaman.

"QPR have now had five under 20s score for them this season, more than any other team in the division."
Fills my heart with hope for the future!
Clive - can I echo others in thanking you for all the hard work you do on this website, in particular your match reports which are always comprehensive and entertaining in equal measure. We are lucky to have you.

Moncur looked good for them I thought. A cheeky little (and it would have to be little) bid should Barnsley not avoid the drop?

I spent much of the first half wondering, if only we had Scannel rather than Washington up front? If Conor has lost his confidence then he should at least do the basics right: make intelligent runs off the ball, hold the ball up and bring others into play - just like Scannel did all afternoon. I just don’t see what he offers us at the moment. Would rather start with Sylla and bring Conor on with 20 to go to see if he can regain his confidence.

"SE: We've got a lot of centre halves and central midfielders ..."
Perhaps you could lend us a couple of centre halves?
Great interview. Genuinely hope they do well (although not this Saturday obviously) and stay up this season.

"... but James Perch’s deliberate attempt to get himself the Easter weekend off by killing a man to death in the defeat to Brighton was thwarted by lenient refereeing so he’ll have to travel."
You missed the word "latest" out. Perch is becoming a liability in every match he plays in because there is always the possibility we are going down to 10 men in it.
The return – Preview
Just wow. Those tweets make me ashamed to be an R. We should drive scum like that out of our club.
Refereeing and defensive calamities see QPR lose again - report
Bit harsh on Sandro - thought he deserved at least a 6. Broke play up well and put in some crunching tackles (and scored of course). But alongside Henry in a 2 against a 5-man Spuds midfield including Erikson and co - he's never going to dominate is he? He lasted 90 mins and will be crucial against the likes of Palace, Baggies, Villa, Everton ...
