Well done, but as you know I didn't say anything of the sort. You quite simply fail too realise that we are not strong enough as a club to be able to sell our star striker and invest that money in a new stand as was evident today. Maybe one day we will be, but not at this stage of our development as a club in the premier league. Also as I've previously stated too you, my 'Parlay obsession' extends no further than you being my entertainment whenever I feel like. I am however concerned about your own Parlay obsession (or whatever other name you wish too call yourself).

Neither did I, but didn't stop you spouting your nonsense.

Are you suggesting we would not be able to compete without bony? What rubbish. gomis is his replacement, what is so hard to understand?

I absolutely have a parlay obsession, but I am me, I have an excuse. Yours, as you have just admitted is seeking out my username for entertainment purposes. Bit worrying, that's what people do with porn.

Maybe you should get into spelling porn as your too, to and two judgement is almost s shocking as your - you're and your.

I'm not bothered by anything at all on the internet Phil.

It's quite a one sided view on it though isn't it. Surely by the same token I can say you were so bothered about my multiple nomination you decided to go with others, and are now so bothered about me bringing it to light you can't stop dismissing it, so upset you have resorted to patronising overkill etc etc etc Works both ways.

I'm more interested in what you are so nervous of than anything else. It's intriguing.

Keep on going, its amusing to watch

Being somewhat of a nomark in real life, I am honoured to make it on to the preliminary listings for poster of the year.

I haven't prepared a victory speech though because no Kant is voting for me.

The fact that I properly joined the trust last month using £10 from the money saved up for my wife's Christmas present shouldn't get me any brownie points.

All I want from this is to finish higher than Oldjack. I don't know how I'll live with myself otherwise.

Happy new year to you all, each and every one of you... Yes, even you Skippy.

It's just the internet, init.

Yep it's crushed me beyond belief Phil, I mean not putting my name on the poll?! Unbelievable.

As someone said to me earlier, your nominations hurt him, what is phil so afraid of?

Very interesting and I concur.

Nods of agreement? Oh you messiah you.

No Phil, you want it to not be true. People are as intrigued as I am.

It's very similar to when Spratty has got under your skin. You don't want to explain yourself but too wound up to not comment. Something got to you about my multiple nominations, I'm fascinated, as are others, as to what it is.

I would certainly hope we can compete without Bony....... Providing the money we got for him would be invested in the team! Maybe not £30m on a striker, but an adequate replacement plus using the rest to strengthen elsewhere to compliment that. Would you sanction the sale of Fabianski as we have Tremmel? Siggy as we have Emnes? We'd be in the Championship for sure but we'd have a cracking fuggin stadium! So therefore your Bony for Gomis arguement just doesn't stand a chance does it?

Your, you're, just to too two much of a dumbass to too two realise that though.

A good, strong and varied field. Many intelligent and erudite posters (plus Oldjack) who have added depth to the forum in this its poorest year since Jackarmy.net's inception.

Like Drizzy, I refuse to vote for Lisa on account of her ridiculous stance on the "poor people" who annoyed her by purchasing a £10 DVD instead of the £7 one. Uxy's a top fella and always adds something to the forum. It could be him. T2C, while a lovely fella in the flesh, is combative and sometimes aggressive on here and he's often beastly to me so I won't vote for him. Warwick is funny but his Monk-hating stance (cue loquacious denial) has ruled him out of getting my vote. Jackonicko is also an excellent poster but his tedious spats with Shaky bore me rigid. Maybe next year if he can ignore the forum's resident financial guru.

Monmouth is one of my favourites. It could be him. Waynekerr seems like a lovely fella but his insistence on continuing to use the tired old random CAPITAL letters "joke" rules him out. Epaul's a fellow leftie and another top bloke. It could be him. Starsky would be the safe option, it could be him.

If Neath_Jack was there he'd get my vote automatically. One of the few these days whose posts I actively look out for. And seems like a lovely fella too. Shame he's not there.

So, Uxy, Monmouth, Epaul or Starsk. I shall ruminate further.

Which thread did Lisa put her heinous snobbery on?

Joe_bradshaw -I thought the cryochamber was the new name for Cardiff's stadium.

Her and Shaky's snoozefests are enough to stop me considering her, as well as the faux outrage over what other people are willing to pay for things. Decent but not POTY imo.

We can and have.

An adequate replacement you say? Like Gomis you mean? We have one already.

We do not need to sell bony to improve the squad. We spend £15m-£20m a year and still post profits. Nobody would look to sell bony but if an offer comes in from the likes of man city then he will go, naive to think otherwise. Same goes for Fabianski, a big enough offer from a big enough club and he too will leave.

It's nothing to do with a stadium. It's about retaining ownership of the club rather than selling it to buy a few players. It will sink in soon I'm sure

Yes we can see that Phil, it's very similar to a Spratty vs Phil thread, where you are always seeming wound up.

You started a thread asking for nominations, posted on it multiple times.... got the nominations you requested and then ignored them and made your own. Interesting way to go about it. Anyone would think you didn't like the outcome

Of course we didn't peanut. But their transfer fees were offset by incoming transfer fees. Are you suggesting by £15m to £20m per season and 'still making a profit' that we have spent between £45m to £60m on players over and above what we have received in incoming transfers over the same period? It sure seems like you are! Now then, about those trees over by the Tawe!

We made an operating profit discounting player transactions of £9m if memory serves me. That was prior to the SKY deal increasing by £18m was it?

Our team needs some full backs and a back up striker if bony goes. This money will be there for these in January whether he leaves or not. We do not rely on player sales.

Those tress young man, are facts.
