Welcome to Swansea city Borja, now score a sh1t load of goals for us.
""Although I cannot promise or predict the future, I can guarantee one thing - the current board of directors will always fight, as we have done over the last 12 years, to work together as one with the Supporters Trust to make 100% sure that Swansea City football club remains the number one priority in all our thoughts and in every decision we make."
Really think others are underestimating this signing.
This guy isn't Eder. Or Gomis. Or Paloschi. We picked him over Bony (if that rumored 13m price from Man City is true). He's proven in Spain, and we've got a World Cup winning striker that he can learn from as well.
Do both Llorente and Baston start when they're fit or are they too similar?
I think we need to be prepared to play 2 up top on occasion, but not regularly.
As it is, we have Borja, Llorente, and then a HUGE drop off to Ollie. That's still not deep enough at striker to play 2 up top as a base formation, and anyway I don't think it plays to Siggy's strengths.
He scored only 3 goals after Feb(2/14,3/18, 5/15(Last match))
If he doesn't score in the first 2 or 3 weeks agianst lower teams(Burnley-Hull-Leicester(just put it))
Our september against Chelsea-Southhampton-Man city will be really tough
Also we have Liverpool and Arsenal after that.
Really?
Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.
We've definitely come a long way when we're buying strikers from clubs like Atletico for £15.5m. Fingers crossed, this may be the biggest piece of the jigsaw for this season.
