Nobody's ever not got behind "the XI that put on the white shirt".

Totally different from getting behind the owners who want to strip the club of everything so that they at the very least get their original investment back before selling us on to anybody they can.

I think the point that the OP is making is that a toxic atmosphere from the first to the last minute can be detrimental to the teams performance. Yes, there is a real and urgent need for organised protest and action, but is during the match the best time? There are cases for and against, really.

Before, half time, full time or during any injury period seems fine to abuse the board both past and present.

Rest of the time loud and proud to support the lads doing their best on the field

If you wake up breathing, thats a good start to your day and you'll make many thousands of people envious.

Don't know if you were there Saturday but I saw plenty from both groups of supporters that weren't watching the game for long periods.
Those alcohol fuelled idiots certainly weren't "behind the 11 in the white shirts"

1) I don't believe chants against the owners phase the players at all, they aren't dull and we aren't booing them or staying silent. They know the score.
2) When we have protested our fans only do in between chants getting behind the team, it's not like we do one of the other.
3) This is the 1st season in a while where we probably don't have much to play for league wise - we probably aren't going up or down. So if we're going to protest, is there any better time?

Is now the time? Have we not got to wait until the time is appropriate according to the self appointed voice of sense and facking reason?

Dont think the chants bother the players, in all fairness going by oli and roberts tweets on previous deadline days, their as frustrated as us. We are mid table at best this year, few chants arent going to hurt.
