Sadly stepping down at the end of this season.

Such a shame to see him leave and I hope this is only a blip in delivering the 3 & 5 year plans.

The stability we have seen during his tenure and the finger he has on the pulse of the club have us in a good place off the pitch.

A real shame. He has always come across really well and helped to steer the ship away from rocky waters. Seems a really good operator and will be a big loss. Hopefully we can recruit someone similar.

Indeed, especially when it's still "work in progress"

Perhaps his work hasn't gone unnoticed and he's had a really good offer from somewhere higher up the food chain

A blow to the Ogden's principle of continuity as expressed at the last Fan's Forum.
The limited dealings I've had with Andy D have been excellent. We're losing a fantastic asset. Hope his replacement is equally as capable.
The standards the new ownership have set will prevent us suffering another Roger scenario. BS no more on this meadow.
