Could be worse, we've avoided the Big Boys.
Away to Fulham is winnable.

Should get about 4000 tickets shouldn't we? Should be a good away day in London.

A ground we've tended to do pretty well at if my memory can be trusted.

Looks like they gave Boro the whole end for the FA cup game, though the didn't quite fill it, should be 4-5000ish?

I thought that the rules of the competition are that the away side is entitled to 25% of the home team’s ground capacity ?

If so, then our ticket allocation should be 7500. Wether we can sell that many is of course another question although given the relatively short distance to travel it shouldn’t be out of the question if the two clubs price it sensibly.

Poll: Decision Time. Will we make the Playoffs? Simple Yes or No vote.

Yes engineering works near Winchester, so trains going via Fareham and Havant from Southampton

Ok from Salisbury to London though

It's 15 per cent so I have read, so about 4500 and the whole end. We were due to play Norwich at home in the league so that will now be rearranged.

In the old days it was, not now

FA Cup away ticket allocation rules
The FA Cup away ticket allocation rules are designed to ensure a fair and competitive balance between home and away supporters. Here are the key points of the rules:
15% Allocation: Away teams are allocated up to 15% of the home stadium's capacity for FA Cup matches. This allocation is subject to the local Safety Advisory Group's approval.
1
Safety Considerations: The allocation is based on safety regulations, including seating arrangements and crowd management protocols. The FA Cup final provides an even number of ticket sales for fans as possible.

Full trains when I get on at Haslemere then

Not that I'd be able to get a ticket for the match, me and mrs Shotters will be in London for The Sleaford Mods at Brixton

Putney End:
" Has a capacity of 5,926 seats with 32 wheelchair spaces and is typically where Away fans are placed. Views are unobstructed."

Doubt they'll split end tbh

Unlikely to put a few hundred Fulham fans in there, so yeah I would imagine we get five thousand plus. Should be a good away day.

Fulham are a very good team,Harry Wilson is brilliant.
Cup games are often a lottery so who knows.
Saints fans will be in good voice and a day trip to London is always enjoyable.

The capacity of the Putney End is 5,926 so if they give us the entire end that should be what we get.

As we have a game West Brom, Weds March 11th, doubt it will be Monday

Pretty dull away game if you ask me, we’ve played there loads and it’s got to be one of the top four or five grounds I’ve been too.

Also Fulham are a good side and I can’t anything other than a home win

If as I’ve seen in other places all the games are televised then I think we’ll probably be the least attractive game, so expect it to be on the least watched spot. Which I assume is the early or late Sunday kick off

It's a very tricky tie tbh and winning it would be in the "upset" category.

Fulham are comfortable in the league and will be eyeing a big cup run to cement a really good season.

To achieve that, they will probably show us some respect and field a strong team. The 6th round is when it gets serious. It will be interesting to see our priorities...first XI or young'uns ?...cup run or play-offs ?.

So, nice day out by the river for sure...a victory?...not quite so sure.

Will we play in the Yellow ? its a bit light and might clash with their white ?

We certainly can't play in our first team kit, I would suspect it will be either our normal yellow & blue striped away kit or the black third kit

He has to go 1st X1 surely at this stage?

An away day in London will be great for the fans.
Fulham are now enjoying established Premier League status and I personally wouldn’t consider this a winnable match.
That said, this is the FA Cup. How many times have Fulham won it?
I look forward to giving them a good game, with our young team showing them scant fear or respect.

Not with potential midweek games every week if we progress through to the end of season, best to rotate

Don't disagree with that. The good news is that ,for the first time in a while, we seem to have experienced cover in key areas that will allow that rotation... plus the kids filling in.

For example we have the following backed up slots..

RB..LB..DMF..Flanks (both)..CF

So starters vs Fulham don't need to be dominated by Youth or so called " 2nd XI "

Know loads who want to go. Lets be honest we sold over 4k at watford at couple of seasons back. Bound to be a popular choice this one.
