The use of Ai is becoming more prevelant by legal practitioners. However, it does create what are known as ghost cases. I attended a course recently which explained how it worked in terms of the law etc. Interesting how it works, by crunching data and narrowing down the issues and spitting out the answer. Not always correctly. A bit like the swans recruitment team in recent times.

Surely this is one of the first things a letting agent would ask. Have you got the licence? Either corrupt or incompetent take your pick.

Ok, i'll bite.

What do you think they curreny get?

Free housing = hotels = tick.
Free health care = NHS / private nurses attending hotels, GP sessions, private / NHS dental care / = tick
Benefits - all of the above + weekly allowance + driving lessons + leisure activities ( including locally Free bowls lessons 😂) = tick.

And its not free, all paid for by yours truly - a tax payer.

And as far as the thread title is concerned - vote plaid get labours ideology but with more cranks in charge.
