I agree that he was not equipped to do the job, a truly shockingly poor appointment. His personality and behavioural characteristics certainly compounded his problems, and the gobbledegook he came out with was guaranteed to cause a loss of respect. |

I think Santa has already been generous with facilitating the appointment of Tonda. I really don’t expect much more for this season, but hopefully, he can seriously influence the acquisitions team in the summer transfer market. |
