Yeah that may say sold out but we definitely didn't sell all 2700 of them, was closer to 2k mark. Not sure why theh ly declared it sold out rather than just taking off sale though, maybe didn't think worth opening another block?
They have tailed off for multiple reasons but as I say I think even before they did games have gone a lot lower than previous seasons.
Even Millwall as our only 3pm KO in London went down to all season ticket holders. Only 8/21 haven't made at least that bracket as well.
Members absolutely have been able to get more than 1 or 2. There was 8 games which reached members before Christmas, 6 in the league.
Sheffield United was about 2k out of 2.7k allocation I think.
They've definitely tailed off and the skates game being out the way certainly will have played a part but our poor form in December and most of January is probably just as big a factor if not bigger.
Even before the skates though away tickets have been much easier to get this season than the last couple. Less than half have sold out before reaching all season ticket holders.
Looking at the ticket map for Leicester and it looks considerably less than 850 sold. I'm looking forward to it though.
I think we'll get a good idea of just how many buy for every game regardless of whether they're going or not by what point level Wrexham starts at.
Yeah no arguing with the numbers. I think it's actually other way around to your assessment though, we'll get the occasional good one but most of the time it's awful.
Arguably there's a correlation between the numbers increasing and the level of support getting worse. Definitely thought QPR was one of few decent ones this season. Then again Oxford was probably the worst and Northampton was terrible too.
For Sheffield United there was 3 midnite coaches with players on each. They might have used freebies to fill space towards the end as they weren't all full but that wasn't how it was originally.
The terms and conditions said you had to have purchased a ticket to apply. I bought in the first window and was offered a place and there were lots of away regulars on the coach I was on.
