Very good decision by JS to play Smyth up front today on that greasy pitch. Created the first two goals and would have created and scored more but for coming off. Ilemahyu also did well up there in that role when he came on for the last nine minutes. |

What I find mildly amusing about all this is that we are now not a million miles away from JS's conjecture that we could have 8/9 players out injured and Kolli still won't get in if he's not giving 100% in training. Fingers crossed he still is otherwise it's Ridwan Hassan or Josh Wright on Saturday |

I feel the same. And loaning out decent U 21 players who have good fitness records and who have showed their value last season further makes me despair. 'QPR' - the definition of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. |

Can't we cancel Morgan's loan to Bradford ? And Sanyaolu's with Bristol Rovers while are at it ? Neither of them are playing. What's the point in them being there ?
I was trying to think of any loanees we have had who we have left on the bench week after week. I couldn't think of one - even the sh*t ones like Federico Macheda, Matt Smith (the Manchester City one) and Modibo Maiga got games for us. |

What did people think of the near on minute that Charles put his foot on the ball outside the box inviting Derby on.
I've never seen anything like it - I thought the ref was going to blow for a re-start

I think he's always had it in his game but it hasn't been brought to the fore. He needs to be allowed to pick the ball up and run - even if he does lose it now again or shank the final product. We need to play to his strengths - hasn't always happened |

I thought we were good. Yes, we misplaced some passes and the decision making and timing were not always spot on but what I liked was how as a team we sought to control the game in both halves with all departments combining well and from Charles in goal to Kolli up front you could see that they had worked on all aspects of the game on the training ground. |

Not sure Adamson is going to be fit. Looked like he pulled something on Friday. Unless it was cramp.
Would definitely keep Poku, Smyth and Kolli up there - Kone, Vale and the other subs really took us backwards on Friday.
I'd prefer to see Saito and Lloyd coming on for 2 of the aforementioned.
Between Dunne, JCS, Ronnie, Madsen, Kamara we are OK at CB and CM, especially if Morrison and Varane are also on the bench. |
