Southampton Learn Draw For Last 16 Of Carabao Cup

Saints have learnt who they will play in the 4th round of the Carabao cup, as the competition weeds out the minnows and is now dominated by the Premier League.

Southampton will play Southampton V Stoke City

The rest of the draw is

Brentford V Sheffield Wednesday

Tottenham V Manchester City

Wimbledon/Newcastle V Chelsea

Manchester United V Leicester City

Brighton V Liverpool

Preston V Arsenal

Aston Villa V Crystal Palace

The games will be played in the week beginning October 28th

Hi conspiracists. My experience of football authorities is that if they owned a brewery they wouldn't be able to organize a p1ss up in it - so the idea of them masterminding a successful draw-rigging operation is rather far fetched. If the big boys had THAT much power they would get rid of the league cup altogether.
